Dear Guests,
we are pleased to offer you a warm welcome and wish you a happy stay. We present below the “Rules of the House” to provide you with information that will help you make the most of the services we can offer. The guests of Agriturismo San Gaetano are expected to accept and follow the rules listed below.
THE STAFF
At the heart of our farm, there you are: you are the main source for evaluation and constant improvement of your stay at our facility, please make any request or report you feel useful.
We will be the reference point for any problem you may incur during your stay, and for any further information on the services of the agriturismo at your disposal, but also for tourist information regarding the surrounding area, local events and general information about travelling the area.
BOOKING
Reservations can be made by both telephone and e-mail. We are committed to reply within 24 hours of your request. However a written confirmation on booking and its terms will be done. At our discretion may be required a deposit equal to 30% of total amount. In order to confirm your reservation we also may request your credit card data.
CHECK IN
From 02.00 p.m. to 08.00 p.m. In case of arrivals at a different time than indicated, please let us know in advance.
Agriturismo San Gaetano is a family-run farm-guesthouse, therefore it does not have a proper morning to evening reception service. If you cannot see us at your arrival, please call +39 338 488 9134 or +39 347 3040591 and we will reach you in two minutes.
On arrival, all guests are required to exhibit their personal identification document for regular registration according to law.
CHECK OUT
We ask you to check-out by 11.00 a.m. In case you need to stay longer, we kindly ask you to communicate this in advance allowing for our services to run smoothly for our other guests too. Any modified invoice must be requested the day before departure.
Payment can be made cash, or through bancomat or credit card, before the morning of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations, cancelled or modified, will be subject to cancellation policies on the form received during the estimate and confirmation of the reservation.
The deposit will be refunded only if the reservation is cancelled before 15 days prior to arrival.
In case of “no show” without warning, the first night will be charged to guest’s credit card.
RESTRICTIONS AND WARNINGS
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms, the restaurant and public areas and to use stoves or similar equipment for cooking or heating the room; it is also prohibited to have meals in the rooms and to shift or misuse the furniture and linen. Any damage and/or wearing and tearing of equipment and fittings will be refunded by the guest.
It is not allowed to receive or put up in one’s room any person who has not been registered.
Guests are personally responsible for their valuable belongings, both in the rooms and the common areas of the farmhouse. The owners reject all responsibility concerning loss, theft or damage suffered by the guests’ personal belongings.
Guests will be provided with the keys of their room and of the main entrance. In case they lose the keys, they are requested to give immediate notice to the owners .For safety, we recommend they lock the main entrance door and their room door regularly.
PETS
We always gladly dogs of our guests. Pets are welcome, provided they are disciplined and used to coming in contact with other people and animals. They may not go on beds, sofas and armchairs. Their owners are required to take care and watch over them. Any damage caused by pets will be refunded by their owners. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE PETS ALONE INSIDE THE FARMHOUSE AND THE SURROUNDING COMMON AREAS.
PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT
Personal data and any other personal information learned by our Company during the course of the booking or stay, will be subject to secrecy and will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality and rights of the person through the systematic application by us of appropriate protective measures and guarantee prepared for both paper and electronic data processing and is measured to the specificity of the data itself (simple personal data or sensitive or judicial data). Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03, the Customer is informed that his or her personal data will be processed only for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship for these purposes (including accounting and administrative purposes).
MAIN SERVICES
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. If requested, it can be served earlier.
ROOM CLEANING
The room will be refreshed daily if vacated by 10.30 a.m.
The replacement of the towels will be done daily and bed-sheets every 3 days (excluding departure and day before). The bathrooms are equipped with shower-foam, disposable soap and a hairdryer.
INTERNET
You can connect to the internet. Wi-Fi is free.
PARKING AREA
The car park is not security guarded and the farmhouse owners do not answer for the theft or damaging of cars. There are no particular risks given the secluded area, however we advise you to lock cars at all times and not to leave valuables inside cars
